Money…. Why don’t I ever seem to have enough?

We want money now and then. The more we get it the scarcer it gets. But, why is that so? Here are some reasons.

1. We expect to get true happiness from money

We usually buy things to fill a void or a need in our lives. We expect getting those things can bring us true satisfaction. We miss the point that there is no satisfaction on material stuffs that money can buy.

2. We don’t manage our money in accordance with important life priorities

We don’t spend our money on pre targeted goals. We don’t manage it on purpose. Money needs to be shaped towards some useful target.

3. We think money answers every question we have

Money simplifies our life. It helps us to live simpler life. That is all it can do for us. But, we think it is able to answer every question we have.

True satisfaction comes from following God’s way only. He will make the best out of us. He loves and cares for us all our life. He will supply all of our needs. Ask God for whatever need you have. Depend on him. Trust him. He is a father. He will give you anything that will be of benefit for your life. He is good.

He gives generously. He created the whole world. You can see the world around you. Everything talks about his generosity. You can’t count the number of people in human history. You can’t count how many animals there are in the land, inside the seas and oceans; you don’t know how many plant species are there all over the world. God feeds all of his creatures. He satisfies all of their needs. Look at the birds of the air. They don’t plant or gather crops. They don’t put away crops in storerooms. But your father who is in heaven feeds them. Aren’t you worth much more than they are? Matthew 6:26

Just give your life to God and follow him. He definitely will take care the rest for you. He will lead you how to live on the world he created himself.
