Why do you do everything you do?

Human beings do whatever we do to live happy and satisfied, to live best life. We run for satisfaction, happiness and fulfillment throughout our lives. To live life in fulfillment we go different roads. We try different life styles.

However, how do we get that? How do we be happy or satisfied?

Real satisfaction comes from real life. Real life is built upon truth.

What is truth? How do we know if something is true?

Some people see truth as public opinion or consensus. If many people agree to believe on something, they take it as truth. Others say truth is relative. There is no absolute truth for something.

Let’s see this story of some generation whom consented to follow some way, which they call it “True way”.  Almost the entire society agreed to that way as truth and they were following it with full heart, until some day came and justified that it was absolutely wrong way.

On that day, this man called Elijah gathered them all and asked; let the truth justify itself.  And, of course, the truth justified itself. The people was shocked on what they see and declared the absolute true way as “The Lord is the one and only God.” 1Kings 18:39 (You can find this full story in 1Kings 18)

Do you want the satisfaction and happiness you run for? Live on the truth. The truth is:

Jesus said……”If you continue in my word…… You will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.” John 8:31-32

Ask God to lead you to the truth so that you can build up your life on it and live best life.
